Last week we finally had some rain. My plants in my garden were rejoicing. After a summer of scorching sun rays they’re glad for any coolness they can get.
Even though the garden is a mess because it was too hot for us to weed and take care of our garden duties, there are still some pretty blooms to enjoy.
I’m loving my Cosmos, but for some reason they are all coming out the same color.
A few of my roses still look pretty.
And my Pentas are still feeding the humming birds.
Each morning I take a little walk through my garden anxious to see any new flowers and I’m always surprised to find a fresh bloom.

PS. For whatever reason I am not able to comment on a few of the blogs that I follow. I can like a post on my reader roll, but not on the actual post, so I just want to let you know that I am still reading the posts and enjoying them.
